1. Tenancy Contract

Keep in mind that the validity of the tenancy contract of your company is for a minimum

1 month or you won't apply for renewal.

2. Application

You need approval from relevant authorities to do business in Dubai and renew your

trade license. Apply with the renewal of license with all the documents needed at the

DED. Here’s what you will need for renewal of business license –

● BR/1 form

● Xerox of existing license

● EJARI Registration Certificate and a Xerox copy of Tenancy Contract

● Photocopies of all business partners’ passports

3. Payment

A payment voucher will be allotted by the DED after submitting the application. After

receiving the voucher, go to the payment procedure. After the payment process, you will

get your license renewed.
